Ceramic Inspection
Overview
Ceramic tiles were stacked and inspected one by one. A laser profiler and a series of line scan cameras were used to check for surface defects, dimensions, mix parts and z-height (warp).
Inspection Criteria
Defect Inspection : Scratches, Dents, Rough Surface, etc
Dimension Inspection Measurement Tolerance : 0.02mm
Z-Axis Height Measurement Tolerance : 0.02mm
