Overview
A series of area scan cameras were used to check the 360° outer surfaces of the funnels for cosmetic defects.
Telecentric area scan cameras were used to inspect the top and bottom for dimensions.
Inspection Criteria
Defects Inspected : Black dots, Flashing, Short Shots, Misshapen, Flow Lines.
Dimension Inspection Measurement Tolerance : 0.1mm.
